Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
— Philippians 4:6

Why "Don’t Worry"?

You might be wondering why I named a blog about healthy eating after a verse that says, “Don’t worry.” Does that mean we shouldn’t care about food at all? Not quite.

There’s a big difference between not caring and not worrying. Picture it like this:

  • Apathy is one extreme, where food doesn’t matter at all.

  • Worry is the other, where food consumes our thoughts.

  • Balance is in the middle, where we practice self-control without obsession.

This blog exists to help you find that balance.

What You’ll Find Here

I’ll teach you how to:

  • Eat mindfully without food becoming your main focus.

  • Break free from unhealthy habits and addictions.

  • Exercise and nourish your body in a way that honors God.

  • Find healing from aches, allergies, and disease through healthy choices.

God’s Provision & Your Health

God provides abundantly for His creation:

  • “Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them.” — Luke 12:24

  • “See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.” — Luke 12:27

Just as He cares for the ravens and lilies, He cares for you, and that includes your health. When we align our eating and lifestyle with His wisdom, we experience the bountiful and beautiful life He desires for us.

The Bible: Our Guide to Healthy Living

I use the Bible as the foundation of this blog because:

  • “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” — 2 Timothy 3:16-17

When we take care of our bodies, we are better equipped to serve God’s Kingdom — waking up refreshed, free from stress about food, and even spending less on medical bills!
